Our guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, return them to us in good condition within 14 days and we will refund the original purchase price, or replace the item – whichever you prefer.

Returns

Please contact us by email (shop@hearingdogs.org.uk) or phone (01844 348188) if you wish to return your order. Our returns line is open 10am until 3pm Monday to Friday ONLY.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.

If the items you receive are faulty or are not what you originally ordered please contact us by post, email or by calling 01844 348188 and we will advise you on how to proceed with your return. This is to ensure that the goods are appropriately dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
